We start with a courtesy consultation at the job site where we will understand client needs, scope of work and ball park budget.
With the information gathered on the initial consultation we are able to put together a proposal that will capture agreed scope of work as well as fee structure to execute the project.
Once agreement has been signed, a kick-off meeting will take place to assess style/and capture aesthetics preferences & design requirements.
Phase where Schematic Design starts through the development of Space Planning, mood boards, elevations, floor and ceiling layouts, (based on what has been captured during kick-off meeting); along with pre selection of items (furniture, rugs, accessories, etc).
After the creative process a presentation meeting is scheduled to go over what has been created/planned. Mood boards along with 3D realistic renderings will be showcased to illustrate the vision put together for the client. Also in this meeting a detailed itemized list of products and services foreseen to compose this project will be presented along with an estimate of their respective costs.
Upon client’s approval a set of activities will be initiated.
Meetings with subcontractors to establish timeline of activities / events to start execution and forecast conclusion.
Formal quote request to make sure prices are aligned with prices initially presented to clients and to check on items availability. If prices are aligned items are sourced.
Management of the entire supply Chain, from placing the order, addressing warehousing needs and scheduling delivery to job site.
Proper placement of all items and staging.
